We have a number of ideas and will creatively design a customised packaging solution tailored to you – from the simpliest to the most sophisticated. It doesn’t matter what kind of product you have – what it looks like, how big, fragile or awkward it is – we will always come up with an interesting and effective solution. If you have your own idea of a packaging, we will transform it to a specific shape and prepare a way of making it happen.
The service includes primary design, presentation of design models, producing a packaging template, technological processing and preparation for production.

Packaging production
Copacking Service disposes of a quality background for the production of quality packaging (mainly using paper and corrugated cardboard). We are able to cover almost any high-level client orders. In addition to the production of packaging based on own constructional design made for our clients, we are of course also able to manufacture packaging under technical specifications of someone else.

COPACKING
- packaging high turnover goods (foodstuffs, cosmetics) in shrink wrap

Practical use: Copacking represents a product packaging style entitled “2 and more in one”. This means for example 2 shampoos and soap packaged together in shrink wrap where the set must have an EAN (bar code) other than its individual components for retailing because of the different price and parameters. This marketing strategy (the “two and more in one” system) will be increasingly in demand in future retailing, because the supplier of the goods is able to organise time-limited campaigns without extra costs; for example, if adding soap to shampoo increases the overall volume of sales of both products, the campaign can continue; if not, the supplier can instead try 2 shampoos in one. Such marketing is obviously cheaper than developing a completely new packaging.
REPACKING

Practical use: Repacking is used in particular for repacking goods, primarily in connection with global goods localisation. As an example, an international producer of cosmetics produces shampoos globally and needs labels to be placed on the bottles with instructions in the local languages. This is a cheaper solution for the producer than maintaining multiple production lines for different markets.

Practical use: The fulfilment basis consists in manual processing and assembly, mainly in connection with direct marketing or consumer packages. As an example, we can mention manufacturers/distributors of SIM cards for mobile phones. In addition to attractive packaging, it is also necessary to carry out routine steps such as printing EAN codes, gluing in confidential information into the package (PIN and PUK), and subsequent completion of the package following strict safety regulations. Copacking Service disposes of quality technology for monitoring fulfilment, incl. supervision of security cards, attendance registration and movement of individual products. Fulfilment of individual sensitive orders is accomplished exclusively by full-time employees.
Marketing solutions
Copacking Service also provides servicing and solutions for marketing projects and tools. This involves primarily production services in the area of targeted direct mailing, personalising printed materials and envelopes, evaluating consumer and loyalty programmes, database services, but also shipping service, subscription system solutions, etc.
